This type of representation continues to this day. In addition to, Brandon has handled numerous class actions and was fortunate enough to be asked by victims in the Erpenbeck Scandal to serve as their counsel. The representation was featured on CNBC’s American Greed.
Brandon has always been active in his community, previously serving as a Trustee to his church and was recently honored to be appointed to serve on the Kentucky Employer’s Mutual Insurance Company’s Board of Directors by Governor Bevin.
